Finding the
Right Form
A familiar outline, reached through exploration.
Square, rectangular and circular forms were considered before the oval brought body adaptation, structural space and wearing comfort into balance.

A considered fit.
The oval outer contour sits around a more rectangular filtration area. Each geometry serves a different purpose: one considers the body, the other makes room for the filter.

03 Integrated Structure
More Than a
Backing Layer
The adhesive carrier becomes an active part of the system.
An oval outer contour, a rounded rectangular opening and a continuous connection area bring the carrier and filtration pouch together. The surrounding bond supports a guided path through the filter.

The oval carrier
The outer adhesive fabric provides the contact area around the filtration pouch, balancing a compact footprint with peripheral attachment.

The structure is designed to guide airflow through the filtration material and out through the carrier’s central opening.

Material Selection
Every material choice serves the whole.
The 2026 edition combines coconut-shell activated carbon with modified coconut-shell activated carbon in a breathable filtration pouch.
The selection considers adsorption, airflow and wearing comfort together, within the space of a compact wearable form.

The design does not maximize size.
It makes room for everyday life.
A larger filter could hold more material, but its presence at a close-fitting body location also matters. The compact form balances functional capacity, wearing comfort, movement and manufacturing feasibility.
